We had a tie-dye party yesterday afternoon...look what we made!
Cute, huh?
I tried tie-dyeing with the kids a couple of summers ago, and discovered that if you use one of these kits it is super easy, and super FUN! My kids love it.
I'm actually trying to talk Sarah into having a tie-dye theme for her birthday this summer. She's not convinced...not yet anyway!
OOOOH, COOOOOOOL!
ReplyDeleteHow many shirts will one kit do? 5?
The shirts are nice, but your kids? They are DARLING!
ReplyDeleteSuch great smiles!
Your such a fun mom!!
ReplyDeletePrecious and the doo-rag is awesome
ReplyDeleteYour kids are adorable!
ReplyDeleteOh, what fun. I making a note of that for 'fun' things to do this summer so we don't go crazy :)
ReplyDeletesuuuuper cute! We love those tie dying kits, too. We've used them for socks--for party favors for places like Pump it Up (inflatables that you jump on/in) or Jump Planet. In fact, my girl scout troop dyed socks when they were in 2nd grade, I believe.
ReplyDeleteLove the groovy tie-dye t-shirts! Way too cute! Can't wait for my kids to get a little older so we can try it!

I like the pose the middle one is doing in the last picture!
ReplyDeleteyah, these are adorable! much nicer than any I've done before! more vibrant or something.
ReplyDeleteOooooooo!!!! That is sooo CUTE!!! I love tie-dying! And your kids are precious!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! And the shirts are too! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks again for sharing how to post the YouTube video. Stop by to visit. :)
These are great!! I am going to check out the kit. Sounds like a good family night event right before we go on a trip. Then we can all wear them! (Soon my boys are going to get too old to think stuff like that is cool!)
ReplyDeleteI remember tie-dyeing in the '90s! I will have to check out that kit -such bright colors. I love Sarah's doo-rag.
ReplyDeleteI may have to borrow Gretchen's idea for the sock dyeing. We are having a pump it up party in a couple of weeks.
Fun.
