This is what my bed looks like right now.
It might look like a mess, but I've been terribly productive this afternoon! It has been cold and dreary here today (temps haven't made it out of the 50s) so I finally pulled out all my scrapbook stuff. I soon realized that I hadn't journaled on about SIX MONTHS worth of pages, so I dug out out my pens and went to town. And that's where having a blog has come in very handy. I'm working on my 2006 album, and couldn't remember some details from Will's birthday, or Easter, so I consulted my archives and was able to journal accurately. Love that!
I also grabbed one of the kids' portable dvd players and popped in my Sense and Sensibility dvd. I've had the best afternoon sitting here on my bed journaling and watching one of my all-time favorite movies. I need to

First can I say that I am jealous of your temps- it was close to 100 today.
I am so glad you had such a wonderful afternoon of scrapbooking and watching one of my favorite movies as well. Tell the Dashwood sister's hello for me.
Hey when you are done with those, can I send you my last 4 years that need to be scrapped?
And to make you feel a little better, as I type the temp is 106.
I know! It IS a great record-keeper, after all.
that is IT! must you tempt me? Any chance your next door neighbor wants to give their house to a melting SoCal family who has a momma who would love to scrap and watch s&s with you?
Oh, Sense and Sensibility - one of our (my twins and I) favorites!!!
I'm Kellan - btw - nice to meet you. Hope to see you soon.
I have to plan to do this myself. I have a little stack piling on the table and I have to get organized. The last full day of scrapbooking that I did was during the hurricanes in 2004. Nothing else to do without power but scrapbook. LOL
Do you emboss your albums? I've considered it and am trying to get opinions. :)
I do that too! I love scrapping, but don't get to it often enough.
I want to invite to my fest on Thursday--"It's Real Life"! It should be super fun! Hope you can come over and play.
yeah for blogging and scrapbooking! One reason I started my blog was because my journaling in my scrapbooking was non existent! :)
