It has been gorgeous here today! I mean gorgeous.
I've been outside enjoying it too! I was supposed to meet a friend at the tea house this morning, but she asked if we could walk instead, which was great by me. I love being outside in weather like this and exercise is much more enjoyable with a friend.
I had already planned to hike with another friend this afternoon, so essentially I got two workouts in today. Awesome.
Sarah and Will had after school stuff, so it was just Abbey and me this afternoon, and because she's so stinkin' cute we made a run to Coldstone Creamery on our way home from school.
I'm pretty sure that ice cream I ate replaced all the calories I burned today and I'm back where I started this morning.
At least it was yummy. And that girl talked my ear off. I love her so much.

Haven't you heard that calories don't count if they are consumed during quality time?!?!

I too love to work out with a friend. My exercise buddy moved away two years ago and I still haven't found a replacement!
