Am I really 38 years old?

I've been asking myself that all day today because I'm completely absorbed in this book...

and I can't get the songs from this movie out of my head.

Not only that, but I used Facebook to make babysitting arrangements this morning.

I feel so young, and (almost) HIP!

That's so funny, Mer. I just wrote a post for Monday that includes the fact that I saw HSM3 last night with a sold-out crowd of screaming COLLEGE-aged women! Just curious, did you end up going to the matinee, or did you decide to wait until evening? =)

So funny! I truly think you *are* hip, Mer!

I'm borrowing a copy of Twilight from my friend when she's done. I cannot wait!!!

I'm so with you on the HSM3 and Facebook. Haven't made it to Twilight stage yet, but am being told I need to. Let me know what you think of it when you are all finished.

ever since i joined facebook, i use that fact to convince myself that since i am so "hip" and caught up with modern technology, i must be young! it helps me feel better about myself:)

HA.

I used a little FB to try to find sitters tonight - those would be my sisters - but they had something already and ended up just coming here afterwards and hanging out with me.

(I didn't go anywhere in the end except the grocery store. Oh well.)

I think I'll forever be 21 in my own head. :) And of course you are hip...no doubt about it!

You are about the 28th person to say they are totally engrossed in Twilight...I guess I have no choice but to go check it out for myself now.

No harm in being young at heart ;)

THat is funny!

I took The Girl to HS3 yesterday afternoon. You'd have thought we were going to a Wham! concert... oh I am old!

I'm going to take my dtr to HSM3 sooner or later. We try to avoid the opening weekend madness because I'm...well 39...and too old to wanna be stuffed in a full theater. :)

I read kid-lit all the time. I remember waiting till my kids were done with each book of a certain JK Rowling series so I could have dibs.

So, did you love the movie?? We were listening to the music just a few minutes ago in Minnie!

Are you kidding me "old"?? NEVER...it's only a state of mind, right? So, carry on, my hip friend..

I obviously need to get that book...I've heard lots of buzz but wasn't sure about all of it and now I'm really intrigued...is it really good???

Did I ask enough questions in this comment??????????? ;)

You are young and HIP!! Haven't you heard 40's is the new 20's? That means you are like 18? You could have started in HSM3!!!

Even my boys are dying to see HSM 3 but they must wait for it to come out on video...they won't go to the theater with all the girls. ;)

And, for the record, you are hip!

I haven't seen HSM 3 but I can't even tell you how obessed I am with the Twilight series!

Oh, welcome to the Twilight Obsessed Club! And, now that you've checked HSM3 off your list, you can go see the Twilight movie that's coming out November 21st (not that I'm counting the days or anything). :)

You are so funny! I need to read the Twilight series - I am hearing great things about it.

Still have not seen HSM3 - but want too!! Trying to talk M into it. He enjoys the music on Radio disney so I think he will like the movie. He is still only in third grade so I think he is still young enough not to look like a dork. :o)
