I'm the queen of lists.
I make lists for everything.
I'm leaving town on Monday and will be gone for almost a week.
And the lists...oh my...they're out of control.
Here is a sampling of the lists I've been making for the week:
Dinner menu list (kid/husband friendly)
Lunch Box Packing list (again, husband friendly)
Daily-to-do lists for John and the kids (it's unbelievable how much is going on each day next week!)
My personal packing list
Grocery list (I got most of it finished at Walmart last night, but still need to grab a few things from the health food store and Safeway.)
General to-do list
Phone number list
(Debbie...this pic is JUST for you, and yeah, I might be a little over the top with my lists.)
All these lists make me a little tired, but at least I know I can leave with a little peace of mind. Gotta go...just remembered some things I need to jot down before I forget!
Are you a list-maker too??? Are you as OCD as I am???

Yes, definitely, If I don't write it down I feel too scattered. In other words, I'm scatter-brained without lists!
God bless,
Brenda :)
I used to be. Need to get back into it. But I got lazy when all I really needed to remember was preschool - Tuesday and Thursday. :)
YES! I'm a list maker, and I like to write things on my list that I've already done just so I can cross it off. :)
I AM a list maker, but not always a list follower. The busier I am, the more I follow it. I love my lists and my oldest likes to make lists too. I make lists for my husband but he always misses something even if it's on the list...like the time he forgot the oldest's birthday cake before her party!
Girl, don't even get me STARTED...you are SO my twin with those MULTIPLE lists--my word, I knew we were kindred spirits ;)!!! I love them, live by them, cannot function without them!!!
I will be praying for you and for your Dad this week and also for John and the kids...be safe and let me hear how things are going when you can!!!
I'm a list maker on the MacBook's dashboard....not too convenient to add to when I think of something and do not have the computer handy! Hope you have a great trip!!
Yeah, I'm a list-maker too! 2 reasons for that.
1) So that I know what I've got to do.
2) It feels good to cross stuff out as I finish them!
Did you see my posts about my lists before I had Sam?! I think we are two peas in a pod, or maybe that should be two sides of a paper list? = )
Yes, I make tons of lists, too. And I will be thinking of you and praying for your dad next week!
Totally a list maker!!
Hope you have a great trip...be safe.
Oh I am the queen of lists. I carry a notebook around constantly full of lists and my computer usually has several spreadsheets of important lists as well. I feel like I can't function if I don't have at least 5 lists going at all times!
I am the queen of list making and not following through with them.
Well...I give myself a 75% accuracy, anyway. They help to focus the unfocused. :)
Not really a list maker. I need to be. I do make a grocery list (sometimes), but that is about it. I would probably be so much more organized if I were a list maker.
I am a list maker... but you are on a completely different level!!
I'll be praying for you and your Dad this week.
Oh my goodness...I love a list!
Lists are like therapy for me, and I'm afraid I have passed this one down to my mini me. The other days she was all overwhelmed, and I overheard her say to herself (little 9 year old self) "well, i suppose what i need to do is make a list. now, if I just had a fresh pad of paper.
she sounds just. like. me.
Yes - I am a list maker and OCD! Sometimes I will remember something I need to do in the middle of the night and will actually get up to add it the list. :o)
