It makes me smile, too. I love bookwormy girls. Reminds me of the time a couple of years back when I sat engrossed at the Dr. office reading the last Harry Potter book. And just as entranced was a little ten or eleven year old girl. We raised our books to each other in silent salute, smiled, and put our noses back into the juicy goodness.
I love it! I think my mom has a picture of me reading like that. From last week. Kidding! Seriously though, from when I was little. And I loved that book when I was younger!
Oh yeah...when you get a minute, can you send me that thing I can do to get you on my blog list so that it updates me when you post? I can't remember how to do that! Thanks!
Hi, I'm Meredith. I'm a wife, mom, hiker, mountain climber, student, coffee drinker, Christ-follower, nature lover, and nutrition nerd. I grew up in the South but have called Colorado home for almost thirteen years and I love this state with all my heart. My family currently resides in a small, mountain community that sits at...you guessed it...7000 ft above sea level.
This blog is a bit like a family scrapbook for me. It's a place where I write about my family and lots of other things I love. Welcome!

I love her expression. Things must be tense for Little Bear and/or his friend!
Cute!
Indeed! A nail biter...finger or toe! :)
Keaton sits like this, too, when he reads. Isn't that funny...although he likes to turn upside down at the same time.
Too cute! I've seen other kiddos sit like this before when reading. I, too, love the expression on her face.

Oh...I remember Little Bear going to the moon. And his lovely fur coat. Are there any books like that anymore, she wails?

Meredith-I've been so busy lately I haven't had time to comment much. This picture is the cutest thing! She is so focused!
And, that Italian creamer a few posts back looks amazing. I will be trying that one soon!
